Availability & Booking
High season runs the last 2 weeks of July and the whole of August with Saturday check-in with a minimum 7 night stay.
Rest of the year is a minimum stay 3 night stay during the week and 3 nights on a weekend.
2 Night stays - On the odd occasion we sometimes have "Orphan" 2 night stays avalable in between longer bookings. 2 night stays can be booked directly by emailing jo@nookcottageholidays.co.uk
To Book: There are a few methods to choose from:

Cleaners fee of £60 per stay.
Payments: Can be made when booking via Credit or Debit card securly via PayPal
You can also make payment for your booking via BACS transfer, your booking will not be confirmed until your 1st payment has been received.
The 1st payment of 20% is required when booking with the remaining balance due 30 days before your stay. If your stay is within 30 days full payment will be required when booking.
Security Deposit: A £200 Security Deposit is required. The Security deposit will be held 2 days before your stay start date. The payment will be held until your stay ends. The security deposit will be released within 1 day of the end of your stay providing no deductions are required for losses to Nook Cottage sustained during your stay.
Cancellations: By booking you agree to Nook Cottage Cancellation Policy. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. There is NO additional cancellation fee.
